Yellow Ochre
Cad Red
Burnt Sienna
Ultramarine Blue
Titanium white plus tiny amounts of yellow ochre and cadmium red. About 90% of the mix needs to be white. Mix a large amount of this “mother colour” in a medium, peachy skin shade
On one side of the mix add more white and a tiny extra yellow ochre. This will be your highlights.
On the other side of the mix add tiny amounts of burnt sienna, ultramarine blue and cadmium red. This will be your shadow mix.
As you work on any part of the skin, you will need to keep moving and adjusting between these different skin tones.
